Job summary

Comunidade Metodista is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for first shift in our Reno, NV warehouse. You will move, store, and retrieve palletized inventory using a reach truck, while maintaining safety, accuracy, and organized work areas. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of reach truck experience, the ability to operate in narrow aisles, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay reliable with attendance and PPE compliance. Warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of reach truck experience.
• Ability to operate reach trucks in narrow aisles.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the shift.
• PPE required and strong focus on safety.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials.
• Load and unload products from racks and storage locations.
• Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damages.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
