Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Waterford, VA. You will work one-on-one with clients to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting data and supporting essential life, communication, and social skills development in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques preferred.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities
