Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Ashburn for part-time, in-person ABA therapy. You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build life and communication skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
