Job summary

National Therapy Center in Germantown, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team for evening hours (3:00pm–7:00pm). You will provide one-on-one therapy to children and work under supervision of BCBAs.

Requirements include RBT certification (40-hour training, competency assessment, BACB exam), at least 1 year ABA experience preferred, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay $29-$32 per hour with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification with 40-hour training, competency assessment, and BACB exam.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Must be available after school (3pm–7pm) and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct care: provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours.
• Documentation & data collection: record client progress and complete documentation within 48 hours of each session.
• Confidentiality: ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
• Collaboration: work with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
• Ongoing training & supervision: participate in regular training and supervision to grow in the role.
