Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field preferred.
RBT certification required, including 40-hour training and competency assessment.
Must have after school hour availability (3pm-7pm).
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during evening hours.
Accurately record client progress and maintain clinical documentation.
Ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
Work closely with families and BCBAs.
Participate in continuous training and supervision.
