Job summary

National Therapy Center in Germantown, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team for evening hours (3:00pm–7:00pm). You will provide one-on-one therapy to children and work under supervision of BCBAs.

Requirements include RBT certification (40-hour training, competency assessment, BACB exam), at least 1 year ABA experience preferred, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay $29-$32 per hour with flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Confidentiality: ensure all client information is secure and HIPAA-compliant.
• Collaboration: work with families and BCBAs to ensure seamless care.
• Ongoing training & supervision: participate in regular training and supervision to grow in the role.

RBT Certification is required to be eligible for hire: you must have completed 40-hour RBT training, pass a competency assessment with a qualified professional, and pass the official RBT exam administered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
