TimberTech in Ohio is seeking a Grinder Operator to run grinding equipment safely, maintain product quality, and support production through material handling, inspections, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping in a fast-paced plant.
The successful candidate will work nights, join a safety- and quality-driven team, receive a $21.50 per hour base pay plus a $10 shift differential, plus a $3,000 bonus with milestones at 3 and 6 months. Training provided; no prior experience required.
Hours: 6:45PM to 7AM 2/2/3
Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour plus a 10$ shift differential!

The Grinder Operator is responsible for operating grinding equipment to process materials safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. This role supports production operations by ensuring proper material handling, quality inspections, inventory accuracy, and housekeeping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
