Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the West Chester Orthopedic team. The role involves applying diagnostic imaging techniques under supervision, with emphasis on radiation safety and patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates hold ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology, with a valid state license preferred and BLS at hire. EPIC EHR and PACS experience are desirable as part of our integrated care approach.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology required
• State licensure preferred
• BLS certification required at hire for some locations

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and ensure documentation is complete
• Position patients to best demonstrate the area of interest
• Apply radiation safety to minimize exposure
• Perform radiographic procedures with imaging equipment
• Obtain informed consent and complete pre/post procedure forms
• Assist licensed practitioner with fluoroscopy and special radiography
