Job summary

Alleguard in Radford, Virginia is seeking a 2nd Shift Inspector Packer to inspect and sort molded or assembled parts for defects, and pack them per customer requirements.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. A shift premium of $1 per hour applies. Alleguard offers comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment.

• Pack acceptable parts into pre-defined packaging or pallet configurations according to quality standards.
• Perform secondary operations per requirement to meet customer specs (rework, assembly, or repack).
• Discard or reject products not meeting specifications.
• Mark/label containers with item information per standards.
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.
