Job summary

Link Snacks in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Assurance/Control associate to support GMP, SOP, and SQF compliance. You will perform plant-wide audits, document deviations, and run quality inspections on products, entering data in electronic forms and handwritten logs.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work the 4:30 pm–3:00 am shift, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems, production, and warehouse desirable.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, SOP, SQF, and prerequisite programs; observe and coach for compliance.
• Perform pre-op and production-related duties as scheduled.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Record deviations and inform supervisor.
• Close out hold tags and report missing ones.
• Perform quality inspections and enter data.
• Implement corrective actions on deviations found during inspections.
