Job summary

The Waters of Wabash West is seeking qualified Medication Aides (QMA) for the evening shift (2pm-10pm). The role involves administering medications under licensed nurse supervision, observing residents, and documenting treatments in MAR with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, unencumbered state license required; must provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and with sound judgment.
• Observe residents for drug reactions and report concerns to the nurse.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and document on MAR.
• Calculate dosages and stock medication cart; document medications given.
• Report to the nurse on duty with any pertinent information.
