Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Technician to conduct testing on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure conformance to quality requirements. The role maintains the lab in a safe, organized manner and supports ISO 9001 compliance. Schedule: 3 p.m.

- 11:30 p.m. Monday–Friday. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in Extruded Rubber Products (ERP) or similar.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience; ERP experience preferred.
• ISO knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing activities per product and procedural requirements.
• Perform periodic calibrations of lab and plant equipment.
• Support ISO Quality systems by understanding quality expectations, work instructions and completing proper quality documentation.
• Perform periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods.
• Communicate with other departments about the status of quality material.
• Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
