Zusammenfassung

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a 2nd shift Quality Technician to test incoming and outgoing materials and ensure conformance to quality standards. The role maintains a safe, organized lab and assists with ISO 9001 compliance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Relevant experience in rubber products preferred. High school diploma or GED is required; 1–2 years in a related field; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Extruded Rubber Products (ERP) or similar.
• ISO knowledge desirable.
• Lab testing and raw materials knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing as per product and procedural requirements.
• Calibrate lab and plant equipment on a periodic basis.
• Assist in developing quality specs for raw materials and products.
• Support ISO quality systems with documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Conduct periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods.
• Communicate status of quality materials to other departments.
• Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
