Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc is hiring an RN for an onsite role in Michigan. The position includes a second shift (3pm-11:30pm) with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation. A sign-on bonus of $7,000 for part-time or up to $14,000 if increased to full-time is offered.

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred and Michigan licensure required. The RN will provide nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and support a recovery-focused environment across clinical

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Michigan.
• May require psychiatric nursing theory education.
• Satisfactory prior clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop a care plan with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide nursing care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Educate patients' families and manage milieu/environment.
• Document care activities per established policies and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and assist in discharge planning.
