Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Registered Nurse to join our on-site team working 3pm-11:30pm with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You’ll provide nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patients across behavioral health services.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation accuracy, and ongoing education for staff. A Michigan nursing license is required and a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred; we offer

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing theory preferred.
• Satisfactory clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate nursing care with physicians and staff.
• Educate patients and families and manage discharge planning needs.
• Document, report, and verify information according to policies.
