Endeavor Health invites a Registered Nurse to join our Naperville unit, overseeing patient care in a 3:00pm–11:30pm shift. You will assess patients, plan and document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe rounds and timely handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Regularly performs duties of professional nurse which includes assessing patients' condition, developing and administrating patient plan of care, documenting care administered, and evaluating patient care outcomes.
• Collaborates with the Resource and Referral Department to facilitate patient admissions and transfers.
• Interacts with the patient, the patient’s family, and health care providers to collect data and plan discharge needs.
• Assists in development of nursing department goals and attends trainings.
• Supervises direct patient care as required and works within budgetary constraints.
