Qualifications

• Assess client health problems and needs, address current and immediate.
• Complete vital signs and document.
• Review and determine the immediate needs i.e. current medications and treatments.
• Evaluate and notify doctor/Psychiatrist for evaluation and orders.
• Administer medications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and notes times and amounts on clients' charts
• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and client records
• Monitors all aspects of client care, including diet
• Monitors, records and reports symptoms and changes in clients' conditions
• Prepares clients for, and assists with, examinations and treatments
