Responsibilities

• Assess client health problems and needs; complete vital signs and document.
• Review and determine immediate needs including current medications and treatments.
• Administer medications as needed and provide nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient status, record observations, and notify physician for evaluation.
• Provide education to clients and coordinate with social services when needed.
