Job summary

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensure program operations, health care coordination, and compliance with licensing standards, while fostering person-centered plans and safe service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the program, including delivery of supports and implementation of plans.
• Assist with licensing compliance and program safety.
• Support financial and census-related tasks as needed.
