The position reports to the Director, Lifelong Music Academy. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 pm–8:00 pm with an hourly rate of $18.00. Starting date is September 9, 2026 (anticipated).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and daily logistics of the Private Music Lesson program.
• Monitor and accurately record student and instructor attendance daily.
• Coordinate and document all instructor and student absences and make-up sessions.
• Serve as the primary contact for students, families, and faculty regarding schedule adjustments and program updates.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, phone inquiries, and classroom preparation.
