Job summary

Flex in Milpitas, CA is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor to oversee shift operations, ensuring volume, quality and cost goals are met. You will direct manufacturing activities for a group of lines and coordinate with the maintenance and engineering teams as needed.

You will lead a team of professionals, monitor daily performance, coach operators, and drive improvements to efficiency and quality. The role requires collaboration across departments and a focus on safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 1 year of operations experience.
• Demonstrates operations and technical skills; understands Flex policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business material and present information.

Responsibilities

• Leads production of several processes/lines in a technical environment; responsible for line success.
• Evaluates plant performance and advises changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoots operational problems and coaches operators to improve performance.
