Job summary

• Participates in operational meetings and tracks organizational performance metrics; coordinates milestone meetings.
• Ensures timely response to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and aligns with customer/vendor requirements.
• Oversees training, safety compliance, and development plans for department staff including temporaries.
