Ornua Co-operative Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Whitehall East Facility in Whitehall, WI. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, reporting to the Plant Manager for Ornua Ingredients North America.

The role oversees daily staffing, production planning, labeling compliance, and adherence to HACCP, FDA, USDA, and BRC standards. Requires an associate degree and 3 years of food-manufacturing supervision experience.

Qualificações

• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3 year’s experience supervising a production workforce, with food companies, and ideally a cheese company preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Creates daily plan for where individuals are stationed in the production process.
• Implements/translates daily production schedule at floor level, ensuring that it is met in terms of formula translation and number of required batches.
• Ensures finished product is properly labeled per customer requirements.
• Translates the company’s food quality and food safety procedures, policies and protocols, including HACCP, onto the production floors, completing all necessary record keeping and documentation encompassed with all programs.
• Ensure facility meets WDATCP, FDA and USDA requirements as well as the BRC and customer audits.
