Job summary

Lignetics, INC. seeks a Production Supervisor in Marathon, WI to oversee all production operations within the mill. You will ensure OSHA compliance, quality requirements, and budget adherence while driving continuous improvement and safety programs.

Responsibilities include planning production, scheduling, coordinating with departments, and supervising supervisors and staff. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on, proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership.
• Analytical and numerically capable.
• Able to work in high temperature/humidity environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the production department.
• Set production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency, materials needs, and staffing requirements.
• Maintain product quality and safety compliance.
• Coach and supervise supervisors, leads, and staff.
