Responsibilities

• Mandate compliance with company policies.
• Engage in employee recruitment and termination processes.
• Conduct investigations and assist HR to resolve personnel matters.
• Oversee product quality assurance through supervision of procedures.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of production staff.
• Validate accuracy of hours for payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Production Manager and Program Managers for status updates.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of scheduled production due dates.
• Monitor attainment of time standards by operators.
• Cross train employees.
• Perform daily management tasks.
• Other duties assigned.
