Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Production Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time Evening Shift (2PM-11:30PM). The role focuses on constructing medical kits for dialysis patients and requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures for safe operation of equipment.

The position supports Supply Chain tasks, inventory management, and quality control, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service within NKC facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; materiel handling training.
• Washington State driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Forklift operator training required.
• Ability to organize workload with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency (read and speak).

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive team member delivering high-quality service to NKC staff and customers.
• Operate lift-truck, automated bagger and conveyor line safely.
• Follow production build schedules and PARs.
• Prepare production line with required supplies for daily production.
• Build medical packs per formulary and amounts.
• Monitor and inspect materials for quality control.
• Restock supplies and coordinate line changeovers.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Identify inventory control and stocking issues.
• Maintain a clean work area per leadership guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
