Northwest Kidney Centers in Seattle seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Rainier Beach Kidney Center on an evening shift. The RN delivers and documents care for patients dialyzing at NKC and follows guidance from the charge nurse, supervisor or manager.

The role features a full-time schedule with 4 x 9‑hour shifts (Sun–Fri 1415–2345) and a set of strong benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with matches, life and disability coverage, tuition reimbursement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major.
• Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington.
• 1 year RN experience may be required due to potential charge nurse responsibility.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Shift: 4 x 9 hour shifts Sundays through Fridays 1415-2345

Purpose

The Registered Nurse is accountable for the delivery and documentation of care of patients dialyzing at NKC. The nurse is self-directed and accepts and follows leadership from the designated charge nurse, supervisor or manager, and performs relief and/or project duties as related to the overall goals of the department and company.

Required qualifications

• Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
• Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
• 1 year RN experience may be required due to potential charge nurse responsibility
• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred qualifications

• One year of previous nursing experience
• Prior dialysis experience
