Qualifications

• Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major.

• Three (3) years of institutional clinical nursing experience.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join the Sea Tac Kidney Center in a full-time, evening shift position.

Shift: 1.0 Evening Monday - Saturday 1400-2230

Purpose
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible to the supporting Nurse Manager and Clinical Director for thedaily operations of the dialysis unit. The responsibilities includepatient and staff scheduling, supervision of staff in the Unit and ofmonitoring daily productivity, and providing cost effective, standardizedhigh quality dialysis care to the patients. The Nursing Supervisor assurescompliance with all regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic environment
• Have 1-3 years prior leadership experience
• Be committed to high level of patient care
• Have at least one year of Dialysis Nurse experience

Required qualifications

• Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
• Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
• Three (3) years of institutional clinical nursing experience
• American Heart Association BLS

Preferred qualifications

• Prior dialysis experience

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50/hour.

This position is eligible for a night shift premium of $3.60/hour

This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $4.00/hour.
