IES Infrastructure in Canton, OH is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor (2pm-10pm) to lead production operations within the designated departments. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is exempt.

You will drive daily objectives, coordinate with department leads, and ensure safety, attendance, and disciplinary actions are managed effectively. The position supports a large, nationwide organization with opportunities for growth and development in a manufacturing environment emphasizing safety

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in a comparable production environment.
• Experience operating tow motors, overhead cranes, and other machinery.
• Proficient in Personal Protection Equipment, Global Harmonization System, and Lock Out-Tag Out; ability to train on OSHA guidelines.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day operations in designated departments.
• Work towards daily objectives as assigned by Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Department Leads regarding production priorities.
• Monitor progress and status of jobs on the priorities list.
• Maintain workflow schedules.
• Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
• Ensure safety guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Submit material requisitions.
• Conduct annual employee evaluations.
• Enter and track employee attendance in ADP.
• Administer disciplinary actions.
