Job summary

Thistle in Vacaville is seeking a Production Flow Supervisor for the 12PM–9:30PM shift to orchestrate meal production, optimize flow, and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics and Production teams to meet customer promises.

Develop multi-cycle schedules, monitor live progress, input future cycle requirements, and drive corrective actions when deviations occur, while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Production Planning tools and Google Sheets; experience with WMS and inventory tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-cycle forward planning and execute daily schedule optimization.
• Create shift plans and input future cycle requirements for Kitchen and Production teams.
• Monitor live progress tracking against plans and drive corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication between Kitchen, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics.
