Job summary

Thistle in Vacaville is seeking a Production Flow Supervisor for the 12PM–9:30PM shift to orchestrate meal production, optimize flow, and ensure on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics and Production teams to meet customer promises.

Develop multi-cycle schedules, monitor live progress, input future cycle requirements, and drive corrective actions when deviations occur, while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in Production Planning tools and Google Sheets; experience with WMS and inventory tracking systems.

This role acts as the critical communication hub between Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production departments, tracking dependencies and driving mitigation strategies to meet Customer Delivery and Logistics requirements.
