Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Assembler to join our team in Kansas City. This role involves assembling products with hand and power tools, following computer-based instructions, and rotating through multiple departments to build a career with Marvin.

You will lift up to 70 lbs, stand on concrete, and work the Evening shift (4:00 pm – 2:00 am, Monday–Thursday) in an air-conditioned facility with strong safety and wellness programs and benefits.

• Ability to read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.

Job description

As a Production Assembler, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday

• Evening: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday

Compensation

Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience + $2 shift differential
