Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Assembler in Kansas City, KS. In this role you will assemble windows and doors using hand and power tools, following safety protocols under guidance from an experienced training team.

This is a physical role with a Monday–Thursday schedule, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. Marvin offers health insurance from day one, PTO, a company-funded well-being account, and opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Job Overview

As a Production Assembler, you'll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you'll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday

Evening: 4:00 pm - 2:00 am

Qualifications

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete

Compensation

Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience + $2 shift differential
