Job summary

Job Overview

As a Seasonal Production Associate, you’ll do a variety of tasks working in an environment where your safety is our top priority. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drums, and nail guns. We should point out that this is a physical role, you’ll be moving around throughout the day using equipment to make beautiful windows and doors, ensuring each product meets the quality standards of our premium products.

Select the schedule that works best for you! (3-month commitment required)

• Monday – Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
  • 1stShift:5:30AM – 3:30PMPay: $21 per hour
  • 2ndShift:3:30PM – 1:30AMPay: $24 per hour ($22 + $2 differential rate)

• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and work with your team
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines

• Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete
