Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily living activities as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication records.
• Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or changes in care or medication.
• Ensure a safe environment and comply with regulatory requirements.
