Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide skilled one-on-one home care for patients in York/Lancaster County during evening hours. This role emphasizes compassionate patient relationships and thorough documentation.

Qualified candidates hold PA LPN or RN licenses and CPR/BLS certification; homecare experience is preferred but not required. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Homecare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and family members regarding health needs and care plans
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
