Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs) for evening private duty nursing in the Lancaster/York, PA area. This is one-on-one homecare, with shifts that fit an evening schedule and pay rates between $32.00 and $38.00 per hour.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills; able to work independently in homecare.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician's plan of care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families regarding health needs and care plans.
