Job summary

E-S Plastic Products LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor and maintain high-capacity machinery on the production line. This role demands substantial physical stamina and mobility to handle large parts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, reporting rejects, recording production data, and preparing boxes and cartons. The position requires English communication, a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and strong organization and detail

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English (written and oral).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Motivated, self-starter.
• Good organization skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality requirements are met and notify supervisor of any questionable areas.
• Alert Supervisors, Technicians and/or Quality for any reject problems.
• Pack good production in box counts according to shop order instructions.
• Record good production, scrap/rejects, reject codes, and hours worked on the Molding Labor Forms.
• Report to the work station on time and relieve the prior shift staff promptly at shift change.
• Leave the press/work area clean and organized at the end of the shift.
• Be aware of the standard cycle for each job and run that job on cycle.
• Fill out box labels and prepare cartons.
