Job summary

RRD in Columbus is seeking a Presentation Associate to provide presentation services for clients. The role requires proficiency in PowerPoint and related tools, with a 4pm-12:30am shift Monday–Friday and a $1.75/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include designing and editing pitch books, coordinating intake/workflow, and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to client and internal policies. Minimum one year of presentations experience in corporate settings is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of presentations experience in legal, banking or large corporate environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong PowerPoint and document editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit presentation materials to support client brands.
• Use PowerPoint frequently to prepare pitch books.
• Review requests and ensure timely, accurate task completion.
• Coordinate intake and workflow for presentation tasks.
• Assist with QA and maintain confidentiality.
