Job summary

RRD in Columbus, OH seeks a Presentation Associate to deliver presentation services for clients, including creating and editing pitch books and materials, and coordinating workflows with frequent use of PowerPoint.

This role runs 4:00pm–12:30am Mon-Fri with a $1.75/hour shift differential; requires MS Office skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential documents, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year presentations experience preferred in legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with editing/creating documents; Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects.
• Must meet deadlines and manage confidential information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout lifecycle.
• Create, edit, and proof presentation materials; coordinate intake/workflow.
• Edit, proof, and format documents to client satisfaction using standard procedures.
• Proficient use of equipment/tech required for job functions.
• Communicate with team on deadlines and job concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware problems.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and client relationships.
• Perform Quality Assurance on own/others’ work.
• Adhere to corporate and client policies.
• Use resources efficiently to control costs.
