Mason Street Grill in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a PM Prep Cook to support the evening culinary operations. You will prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring proper stocking, food safety, and clean, organized prep stations.

The role requires previous cooking experience, ability to handle high-temperature environments, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required in a similar role.
• Adequate manual dexterity to use knives and kitchen tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items per established recipes and standards.
• Complete daily prep tasks for evening service.
• Wash, cut, portion, marinate, and prep meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients.
