Job summary

Jobot is seeking a 2nd Shift Plant Supervisor to lead daily production at our Danville, PA facility. This on-site role oversees the 2nd shift, drives safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensures compliance with GMP, HACCP, and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in food manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a diverse team while delivering production goals and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in production, preferably food processing.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations on the 2nd shift.
• Supervise, train, and schedule the 2nd shift team.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor production output and quality; address issues promptly.
• Maintain records and generate production reports and KPIs.
• Implement operational improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
