Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated production environment.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SQF/BRC, OSHA.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop production team members.
