Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a manufacturing team lead for an evening, hourly position. You will operate and maintain equipment, drive safety, quality and cost-improvement targets, and lead a team to meet production goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication. Expect a high-noise environment with PPE and opportunities for bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Team Members to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.
• Follow standardized work procedures and optimize processes.
• Document and report performance and KPI data for the line or area.
• Identify waste and participate in kaizen activities to improve efficiency.
