• Minimum age 18.

• Good reading, writing and math abilities; English comms required.
• 1 year of SQL/LSA clinical lab experience or 2 years in leadership/training.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and regulatory requirements; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for the shift and supervise staff.
• Review QC/QA procedures and assist during inspections.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage and expenses.
• Lead training, performance assessments and coaching.
• Coordinate with physicians and health professionals on test orders.
