Job summary

New grads start at $19/hour; experienced staff range from $21.07 to $23.36 per hour, with 40 hours per week and rotating weekends/holidays. Flexibility for multiple locations and on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program or certification is required.
• Phlebotomy experience may be required depending on location.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required for mobile/in-office locations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood specimens for testing.
• Enter patient demographics and test information into the system accurately.
• Prepare and label samples, ensure proper workflow and quality checks.
• May cover multiple locations and shift coverage as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and professional standards.
