We seek a licensed Pharmacy Technician to enter orders for review, maintain customer data, and generate dispensing labels from incoming requests. Candidates should have FL Board of Pharmacy registration, prior pharmacy experience, and knowledge of brand/generic medications.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with FL Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous pharmacy experience required.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
