Vertisis Custom Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for part-time evening shifts in a non-retail compounding environment. You will support front-end operations, process prescriptions, and assist with medication preparation in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Ideal candidates have a Pharmacy Technician Trainee License with the possibility of PTCB certification, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Trainee License is required; PTCB certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians.
• Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software.
• Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment.
• Complete labels, logs, and required documentation.
• Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups.
• Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
