Qualifications

• Active national certification as a pharmacy technician and state license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of USP <795>/<800> and FDA cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow sterile compounding procedures to prepare injectable medications.
• Maintain high quality documentation and records for all compounding activities.
• Collaborate with Pharmacist-in-Charge and QA teams to ensure compliance.
• Keep equipment calibration logs and document quality procedures.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper disposal of chemicals and waste.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Participate in audits, trainings, and continuous improvement efforts.
