Job summary

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (or Technician Trainee) to join as a Visual Inspector/Labeler. This full-time, non-retail role offers a hands-on position in a compounding environment with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting where safety and quality are critical. No nights or weekends required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Trainee License required by Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance processes to ensure product safety and compliance.
• Visually inspect compounded preparations to identify defects or non-conforming units.
• Accurately prepare and apply labels to pharmaceutical products.
• Complete documentation including labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
